An immigrant herself, attorney Oksana Bandrivska, Esq. is an immigration veteran with over a decade of experience with various immigration matters ranging from different types of visas to green cards through employment and family. Prior to starting her own firm, Oksana spent five years working at the Manhattan based immigration law firm; first working there as a paralegal and later on joined the firm as an attorney.

Oksana received her Master's degree from Kyiv University of Law at the National Academy of Sciences in Ukraine and her Master of Law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law located in the heart of New York City. She is admitted to the NY State Bar.
