Our Consultation
Our consultation fee is $250. We often get a question from our clients: “Why do you charge a consultation fee at the time when many other attorneys offer a free consultation?” Our Firm’s answer to this question is as follows:
- We deduct $250 consultation fee you paid from the total legal fees if you will work with us on your case. In this instance, your consultation is free of charge.
- We focus on quality rather than quantity. Therefore, we prefer to work with clients who have the same values.
- We would not charge you for the consultation if we don’t believe we can help you and/or provide you with important useful information.
- Many firms offer you free consultation in order to get you “signed up” for their services. We offer you a paid consultation in order to provide you with your options, reliable information, and with a roadmap to resolve your issue. If you are happy with your consultation, you continue working with us and your consultation in this case is free (as per our statement #1 above).
- Our "1-hour consultation" will not just conclude a few minutes this 1-hour passes; we will first ensure that you receive the required information and a strategic plan for your situation before we finish our consultation.
